AIMS: SIS-RRI (Science Innovation and Society achieving Responsible Research and Innovation fundamentelly mean to promote ans share different ways of doing research and innovation on the basis of new future vision and more correct conceptual basis of Quantum Science that will become the characterisic of better lives and society.

The QUASSI Project aim to inspiring responsible creativity in Research and Innovation looking to a long term vision of social and cultural chenge .The project idea consider that responsible future research  and innovation means to overcome the obsolete disciplinary fragmentation of mechanical science through favoring better trans-disciplinary approach and more holistic thinking on the basis of the extension of quantum science  in a way able to engaging  both the Science of Life and the Social  and Political – Sciences .

The impact forecasts of QUASSI Project focus the risk to persist with the arbitrary research based on obsolete “mechanical” concepts thah generates  an  irreversible changes in eco- and living systems . In fact the effective importance of QUASSI project proposal , focus the need to develop a change in information about  responsible science communication in order to avoid the risk of people’ mis-understanding of a socio economic better futures that is calling for new developmental quantum science concepts for implementing a fast innovation of emerging technology.

——————- PRELIMINARY CONCEPT’s STAGE.

Within that aims  EGOCREANET (NGO of R&D) would propose the QUASSI ( Quantum Art Science for Social Innovation ) on the basis of the Quantum Brain Theory as the fulcrum of the actual Social development of Knowledge The QUASSI project attempts to explain qualitative changes in both conceptual and cultural structure to develop a new framework of the future society. That approach would be the basis of growing up a partnership’s community to reply to the Horizon EU- calls as :

Development of future Knowledge Society is today an accelerated process of a deeply social change both in economic and cultural transformation , that needto become not merely based on a set of local policies and particular programs instituted for some specific results.

The QUASSI Proposal regards the way to overcome the many traditional preconception based on mechanical science reductionism ,which think that a complex system is nothing more that the linear summation of its individual components into a perspective on a linear time causality.
This traditional mechanical conservative understanding was a very typical of scientific culture during all the industrial society epoch. .
This is very different from the extension of Quantum Knowledge proposed by the QUASSI pioneering Project, as an emergent processes to drive with a conscious Quantum Creativity the contemporary social and cultural change .
Certainly the main problem in the promotion of QUASSI proposal, for innovation is that , new Quantum Ideas applied to the living and social system , find, till today, a net contrast with academic mechanical conceptions and cultural habits that resists as eradicated conservative elements of traditional understanding in science and society.
In spite of this conservative resistance of the mechanicistic traditional understanding , Egocreanet will try to grow up an international QUantun Art and Science community ,within international science and art society, in favor to develop cultural and economic change of the future knowledge society .
